I awoke early, drifting in and out of consiousness. How long had I been sleeping? I wasn’t sure. My head was still groggy from whatever drug they had used in my drink the night before. The room was dark, but slowly shapes started to appear. My bedside table, my alarm, even my glasses were there. It was then that I realised I wasn’t actually a writer and so got back to my normal style of blog posting…

Got up, went to the gym again. Really starting to enjoy this now. Will have to have a serious look in when I get back into the feasibility of going on a more regular basis.

Got back and did some washing related stuffs. After a while, cut the grass, and decided to try and squeeze in a round of golf before work in the evening. Managed to play 14 holes before we decided to rush me back to get me to work I played some very lousy shots, and a few of the best shots of my life, including my favourite - a 25 foot putt on an uneven surface.

Was slightly late for work, compensation for turning up early on more than one occasion As usual, work was the usual affair, serving some nice usual customers and so I can’t complain about that. I invented a new game whereby you try to find 10 DVD in between 2 video cases. Everyone has a turn and if you can’t find one in time, you are out of the game. Needless to say I was the eventual winner, with Johnno second, and Neil pulling up as a respectable third

Home and packing ensued. Got it all done in 20 minutes. I am not planning on taking loads as I normally do. I end up bringing most of it back anyway! Anyway, I have an early start so I am off to bed.

Chances are, I won’t get time to make any posts while I am away, so I shall make lots of notes and have some kind of write up when I return. If you want me, tough - I am on holiday!
